SafeTALK Workshop
safeTALK Training - English

SafeTALK is a comprehensive suicide awareness and prevention training program designed to equip individuals with the skills to recognize and respond to people at risk of suicide. The training is aimed at fostering a community of informed and compassionate individuals committed to saving lives.

Thanks to the generous support of Lifeline International, attendance costs for participants are subsidized, making the training more accessible to a wider audience. Lifeline International's commitment to mental health and suicide prevention ensures that individuals seeking to enhance their knowledge and contribute to community well-being can do so without financial barriers.

Participants are encouraged to make a voluntary donation to the Telecare Distress Line of Greater Simcoe, reinforcing the spirit of community support and shared responsibility. By contributing what they can, attendees not only invest in their own learning but also play a vital role in sustaining essential mental health services in the region.
