My name is Kalana, I am the owner of ACT First Aid. At ACT we teach and certify workplace health and safety courses including safeTALK. I have been teaching in health and safety for over 10 years. My formal education is in Health Management obtaining a Bachelors in Health Studies from York University. I am an advocate for mental health awareness and promote healthy living mentally and physically.
