to a "no visitor" COVID-19 restriction aboard the military
installation, this workshop is only open to those working aboard TCY (i.e.
active duty, civilian employee, Training Center Yorktown contractors). Those from outside TCY, would need to comply
with the 14-day TROM requirement and be approved. Registration is online through the link
