Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed a privacy policy to help you understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, and make use of your personal information, and your rights in relation thereto. The following outlines the policy:
How your information will be used:

- In limited and necessary circumstances, your information may be transferred outside of the country in which the information was provided or to an international organization to comply with our legal or contractual requirements. - We do not use automated decision making
- We will make readily available to you, as a customer, trainer, coach or employee, information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information
Your rights:
- Under applicable privacy and data protection legislation you have a number of rights with regard to your personal information. You have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your personal information, the right to restrict processing, object to processing as well as in certain circumstances the right to data portability
- If you have provided consent for the processing of your personal information you have the right (in certain circumstances) to withdraw that consent at any time which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before your consent was withdrawn
- You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority tasked with overseeing compliance of applicable privacy and data protection legislation if you believe that we have not complied with the requirements of applicable privacy and data protection legislation with regard to your personal information
