ASIST Training for Trainers (T4T) 5 Day - English
ASIST T4T is a minimum five-day course that prepares local resource persons to be trainers of the ASIST workshop. There is a network of 5,000 active trainers around the world. Before applying, all candidates must read the Essential Information for Candidates and Trainer Competencies pages. ASIST trainers often rate the T4T course as one of the most rewarding, challenging, and empowering learning programs they have attended. You will also find being an ASIST trainer very rewarding.

NOTE: A laptop is of benefit & recommended for coaching and studying times.
IMPORTANT: Be aware when making travel arrangements that candidates must attend all sessions of the five-day course. Please do not make your flight arrangements until you receive your full confirmation email from LW.
· There are evening coaching sessions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings until 8:30 PM. The candidate will be required to attend one of the sessions, please refer to the attached schedule for full details.
STEP 1- APPLICATION: If you are interested in attending this T4T, Please contact the ASIST Registrar via email at ast4tregistrations@livingworks.net for the application form. Complete the application and submit it to us.
STEP 2- REGISTRATION: After you have submitted your application form, the ASIST Registrar will then email you the T4T registration link including a voucher code.
STEP 3- PAYMENT: Once you have registered online and a seat is available, an invoice will be sent to you via email with payment details.
Full payment or an official purchase order is required within 7 days of the invoice date in order to secure your place on this training. Please note that credit card payments, can now be made online. If you or your organization is unable to provide payment within the 7 days deadline, please let us know by emailing ast4tregistrations@livingworks.net .
STEP 4-CONFIRMATION: A confirmation email will be sent to you when payment is received. Approximately four weeks prior to the start date of the T4T, you will receive a more detailed email with important T4T information.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received via email by LivingWorks more than 10 business days prior to the start date of the T4T, the course fee will be refunded, less a ten percent (10%) non-refundable administration fee.
If cancellation is received via email within 10 business days of the start date of the T4T NO REFUND will be issued. The candidate trainer or an alternative candidate from the same organization can attend an alternative T4T within 18 months. An additional twenty percent (20%) administration fee will be charged for the alternative T4T.
Cancellation Policy: Pandemic - COVID-19
If your cancellation is caused due to COVID-19, NO REFUND will be issued. The trainer candidate or an alternative trainer candidate from the same organization can attend an alternative T4T within 18 months.
Notice must be received by LivingWorks via email prior to the start date of the T4T. Email notice must include a copy of the official communication/notification prohibiting attendance at the training due to COVID-19. If this information cannot be provided to LivingWorks at time of cancellation, the standard administration fees will apply.
If LivingWorks postpones the T4T due to COVID-19, NO REFUND will be issued. However, the candidate trainer or an alternative candidate from the same organization can attend an alternative T4T within 18 months.
NO SHOWS on Monday morning of the T4T without notification will not receive a refund or credit towards another T4T.
