ASIST 11 Workshop English - 2 Day

ASIST 11 is for professionals and/or caregivers who want to feel more comfortable, confident and competent in helping to prevent the immediate risk of suicide. Participation in the full two days is required in order to receive certification.

ASIST is designed to help participants recognize risk and learn how to intervene to keep a person at risk safe for now. Suicide can be prevented with the help of prepared professionals and/or caregivers. Enjoy small group discussions and skills practice that are based upon adult learning principles. Feel challenged and safe and learn suicide first aid. 

COVID 19 protocol: As per Ontario public health orders, proof of vaccine and masks will be required.  If this workshop is cancelled due to public health measures, you will have the option of transferring your registration to a future workshop, or your fee will be refunded.

FEE: $295-Includes 2 day workshop, all training materials, certificate of completion, continental breakfast, snacks, lunch, tea & coffee, and free parking. NO TAX. Due at time of registration.
