The programme will teach you what to do if someone is having thoughts of suicide, using the easy to remember Talk steps - Tell, Ask, Listen and Keep safe.
These steps offer immediate help to someone experiencing thoughts of suicide and will help you both to move forward to connect them with specialised support.
